Realizing “it takes a tough man to make a tender chicken” wouldn´t fly with Hispanic women, this patriarchal regional brand came to zgroupinc to help explore product names and strategies relevant in South Florida´s diverse Hispanic market. We recommended a taste test at the world´s largest block party. La Cocina Perdue debuted at Miami´s famed Calle Ocho street fair which attracts an annual crowd estimated at over one million.
